Ostersunds Sign Charlie Colkett
After over 10 years at Chelsea Football Club, Charlie Colkett departs the Premier League side to venture on a new challenge, in Sweden, as he signs for Ostersunds. The two time UEFA Youth League winner who more recently featured during loan spells with Bristol Rovers, Swindon Town, Vitesse and Shrewsbury Town has joined the Swedish side who play first tier football in the Allsvenskan.
The 22 year old has agreed a deal which lasts 3 and a half years. The technical Englishman will get his studs deep into the Jamtkraft Arena as the season begins in the coming months.
“We have succeeded in getting Charlie, which means a lot to us. He is a young promising player who has chosen to play with us and it feels incredibly good.”
