Huddersfield sign Demeaco Duhaney
The Huddersfield Town Academy has completed the signing of England Under-20 international Demeaco Duhaney. The 19-year-old can sign for the Terriers, having departed previous club Manchester City at the end of last season.
Demeaco has agreed a deal that will run until June 2020. Capped twice by the Three Lions at Under-20 level, Demeaco is a fast and athletic defender who usually features at right back, although he has previously played at left back too.
His senior competitive debut soon followed as he started all three of City’s games in the Checkatrade Trophy, whilst he was also an unused substitute for a Carabao Cup game at Leicester City and a Champions League game at Shakhtar Donetsk.
